Denim created through upcycling. Even the fabric scraps from this denim are upcycled once more. A circular fashion cycle that begins with denim.

In the process of making clothes, approximately 30% of the fabric becomes cutting waste and has traditionally been discarded as a matter of course. However, the fibers contained in these scraps are valuable materials that have been carefully crafted.

Rather than simply discarding these scraps as waste, we return them to fiber form and reuse them as part of new yarn or fabric. This is the core concept of our UpcycleLino project. The key material in this initiative is UpcycleLino Denim, which began in 2022. Today, even the cutting scraps generated from this upcycled denim are being repurposed once again.

At CONFECT, we have created two types of fabric using cutting scraps from UpcycleLino Denim. Using these fabrics, we will launch a new coverall as part of our Spring 2025 collection.
