In every clothing made there will always be left over waste when cutting fabrics from garment production. Driven by our dedication to sustainable circular fashion and our determination to minimize waste in every aspect of our manufacturing process, we have developed a unique upcycled yarn called UpcycleLino. This innovative yarn is crafted from our own linen fabric scraps, combined with organic virgin cotton fibers, resulting in a remarkable upcycled linen-cotton blend.

This new UpcycleLino plain weave fabric is crafted using a midweight linen warp yarn and a heavy weight linen-cotton UpcycleLino weft yarn which can only be produced by our expert craftsmen in Japan, from cut scraps of our garment production. The use of uneven upcycled yarns give the fabric its vintage-like texture.

This jacket is crafted with a heavyweight linen twill UpcycleLino fabric by densely weaving luxurious heavyweight French linen warp yarns and our heavyweight linen-cotton UpcycleLino weft yarns. The garment is finished using pigment dying techniques., which creates uneven colors and subtle wear and fade with every wash resulting to a vintage-like feel. Furthermore, the use of pigment dye on the twill fabric gives a fabric a unique luster.

A timeless design of our CONFECT essential crew neck vest crafted from plain weave light weight linen warp yarns and our heavyweight sustainable cotton-linen UpcycleLino weft yarns with a relatively high thread count. Our original upcycled yarns are made from leftover fabrics from our garment production.
A new khaki color will be released with a military coyote color as the source.
